How it all works

20 entrepreneurs will pitch for funding to teams of 4 "gurus" (serial investors in the travel sector who have a proven history of spotting and investing in companies that are about to boom.)

The gurus are all looking to invest and may well do so but for the running of the event the pitchers, are judged in terms of their idea, the people behind the idea and fundamentally their investment potential. From the 20, 4 will be picked to go the through to pitch again as part of the key note debate in the Travel Distribution Summit and the best wins the coveted EyeforTravel Entrepreneur of the Year award.

In addition to the invited gurus all the invited entrepreneurs will be pitching to an open audience of angel investors and private equity executives all looking for the right investment opportunities in their industry and looking to invest the amount the entrepreneurs are seeking!
